"Cartilage II"
Cartilage II is an openwork pendant evoking an organ.
While the Cartilage collection focuses on the shape of bones, it sometimes focuses on the shape of organs. For Cartilage II, I was interested in the shape of the heart, and more specifically its structure of compartments communicating via valves. The sculpture stretches upwards to allow a cable or chain to pass through.
