"G\u00e9ophysik VI"
Openwork seed-shaped pendant.
Geophysik VI is a pendant that evokes a dried seed from which parts of the surface have been removed. Its shape consists of large polished polygonal surfaces. The transition edges from one polygon to the next have been subdivided to soften the edges. Despite its size, the jewel is very light because of its small thickness. The play of light and light/dark on its skin is permanent.
The images show the pattern left by the 3D printing of the wax jewel. I’ve kept this pattern, which enriches the surface of the jewel by adding this material. So the jewel also tell us iabout its story
