"G\u00e9ophisik IV P"
Geophisik IV is a pendant in the shape of a seed.
Géophisik IV is an imaginary seed which, beneath a seemingly smooth surface, reveals entrails with very sharp edges. The seed, hanging from the top, seems to blossom and open downwards, like a chestnut bug revealing what’s inside. I made a first version of this sculpture nearly 10 years ago in the form of a ring, then a large sculpture in folded paper made up of thousands of folded faces (Géophisik IV in folded paper) . Today, I’d like to rework this form, which interests me so much, and propose it as a pendant or earrings. Because a seed is the seed of something big !
