I say it was a bad idea because, first of all, my sketch was a quick sketch—and thus a fragmentary image of the sculpture—and also because, when it comes to creativity, I see no inherent value in using AI when claiming to produce artistic work. Yet I did it.

And starting from the very classical and detailed model provided by the AI (Himel3D), I set to work the way I like to : pushing, deforming, cutting, and pasting.
After a long and highly stimulating work session, this sculpture emerged.
All that remains of the model is what I had enjoyed drawing : the hips and buttocks of this voluptuous allegorical figure (I’ve forgotten which one)—doubled, resulting in two sets of buttocks ! By assembling them, I sought to create a nesting of one within the other in a sweeping movement of stretching and twisting. Thus, the transition zone from one rear end to the other tapers to highlight the volume of the two pairs of buttocks. In the end, I arrive at a single form that, when viewed as a whole, evokes a sort of living organism.
Two branches of different types are embedded in what remains of the original model’s thigh.
This sculpture is an original work produced in a limited edition of 8 (What is an original work ?). It is presented here, as is often the case, in white bronze, but it can also be made in bronze, silver, resin, or even gold ! Each sculpture is unique, because the branches I collect in the forest are, by definition, unique. The idea that nature is what makes each sculpture in the series unique fills me with joy ! And why not use your own branches from the garden ?
