Nymphale is a high-relief made of paper and colored resin installed at the Canaver freeway service area on the A8 (Nice-Aix direction). It was created in collaboration with visual artist Eric Barbier. The Nymphale de l’arbousier is a butterfly that is very common in this region of the Var. Eric’s idea was to start with a detail of the wing of this very colorful butterfly and zoom in on the cut of this thin membrane and its color.
